SGA Dental Partners is seeking a Recruiter to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Richmond Hill, GA. You will partner with hiring managers to source, screen, and place candidates for dental assistants, office staff, and corporate roles, ensuring a standout candidate experience.

The role emphasizes high-volume full-cycle recruiting, strong communication, and relationship-building with universities, colleges, and dental entities. Travel for engagement events may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• Dental/medical industry experience preferred but not required.
• 1+ year of high-volume full-cycle recruiting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and identify talent.
• Conduct phone/virtual interviews and screen applicants.
• Refer qualified candidates to teams for interviews.
• Utilize ATS to manage candidates and pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
