Job summary

SGA Dental Partners seeks a results-driven Recruiter to join our Richmond Hill, GA headquarters. You will partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, screen candidates, and guide them through a positive interview experience, ensuring a strong candidate pipeline.

You will source through Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals and social channels, while maintaining compliant records in our ATS and coordinating high-volume hiring for dental assistants, office staff, and corporate roles.

You'll be recruiting for dental assistants, office staff, and support / corporate roles. **Key Responsibilities:*** Collaborate and partner with hiring managers to understand their needs to identify the right talent.
