Job summary

Rockingham Dental Group - Exeter, part of Heartland Dental, is seeking a Dental Receptionist for a fast-paced front desk role. You’ll greet patients, manage phones, scheduling, and insurance interactions to ensure smooth operations in a three-doctor practice.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• HIPAA training and PHI protection awareness.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients to create a great first impression.
• Manage front office duties: phones, mail, email, and communications with patients/insurers.
• Schedule and confirm appointments using Dentrix for multiple providers.
• Process insurance claims and follow up on unpaid claims.
• Post payments and manage accounts receivable; discuss treatment plan fees.
