Specialized Dental Partners is seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join Endo Center in Stoughton, MA. You will support scheduling, phones, patient intake, and front-office flow in a fast-paced specialty setting.

The role offers full-time schedule, Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, with competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees. HIPAA compliance and accurate data entry are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service, healthcare, scheduling or patient-facing experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations.
• Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry.
• Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned.

Endo Center is a busy, growing endodontic practice in Stoughton, MA, looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced specialty environment and is committed to providing an excellent patient experience. In this role, you’ll support scheduling, phones, patient intake, and the smooth flow of daily front-office operations.

Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday 7:00am -3:30pm

Responsibilities

The salary range for this role is $21-$25 per hour.
