Job summary

Modern Care Endodontics is seeking a friendly Dental Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients and support smooth practice operations. You will manage front-desk activities, scheduling, insurance inquiries, and payments in a modern, patient-focused environment.

The role offers full-time hours, a 4-day workweek with no evenings or weekends, and a range of benefits. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, with proficiency in Microsoft Office expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service, healthcare, scheduling or patient-facing experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations.
• Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry.
• Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.

The salary range for this role is $18-$21 per hour.
