Specialized Dental Partners is seeking a friendly Dental Receptionist for Modern Care Endodontics. The role involves greeting patients, scheduling, answering calls, verifying insurance, handling payments, and maintaining patient records in a modern practice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service, healthcare, scheduling or patient-facing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills essential.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented with strong data entry and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and maintain a welcoming, professional environment.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; manage provider calendars.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communications.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations.
• Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry.
• Coordinate patient flow and provide administrative support as needed.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.

Dental Receptionist - Modern Care Endodontics

We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our amazing team! You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a vital role in delivering an excellent patient experience and supporting the smooth operation of our beautiful, modern practice. We provide excellent care, utilize the latest technology and techniques, and enjoy what we do. We’re looking to expand our team with someone who shares our passion for creating a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
• Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication

The salary range for this role is $18-$21 per hour.
