Specialized Dental Partners is seeking a friendly Dental Receptionist for Wiswall Endodontics. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a warm, professional patient experience and supporting smooth clinic operations.

The role includes greeting patients, scheduling, insurance verification, billing, data entry, and HIPAA‑compliant handling of confidential information. This is a full‑time position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service or healthcare scheduling experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and maintain a welcoming front desk.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; manage provider calendars.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communications.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain pre-authorizations.
• Process payments, billing, and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry.
• Coordinate patient flow and provide administrative support.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Overview

Dental Receptionist - Wiswall Endodontics

We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dedicated team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a vital role in delivering an excellent patient experience and supporting the smooth operation of our dental practice.

Wiswall Endodontics is a specialty dental practice dedicated to providing advanced endodontic care. The practice combines clinical expertise, leading-edge technology, and compassionate patient care to help preserve natural teeth and support optimal oral health.

Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Thursday 7am-5pm and Every Other Friday 7am-1pm

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
• Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations
• Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
• Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed
• Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
• Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned

The salary range for this role is $22-$25 per hour.
