Job summary

Northwest Dental Specialists is seeking a friendly Dental Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients and support daily operations of the practice. This full-time role includes greeting patients, scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and assisting with administrative tasks.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and strong communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected, with benefits including insurance options and paid time off.

• Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry.
• Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.

Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday

The salary range for this role is $18-$22 per hour.
