Specialized Dental Partners is seeking a friendly Dental Receptionist for Bellevue Endodontics in Bellevue, WA. You will be the first contact for patients, delivering a warm, professional experience and supporting day-to-day front desk operations.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling, insurance verification, payments, and maintaining confidential records while upholding HIPAA standards. This is a full-time, on-site role with a diverse benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service, healthcare, scheduling or patient-facing experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications.

Dental Receptionist - Bellevue Endodontics

We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dedicated team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a vital role in delivering an excellent patient experience and supporting the smooth operation of our dental practice.

Schedule: Full Time, 4/10's with a mid week day off

The salary range for this role is $25-$29 per hour.
