Job summary

Specialized Dental Partners is seeking a friendly Dental Receptionist in Murray, UT, to be the first point of contact for patients and to support daily administrative operations. The role focuses on patient experience, appointment coordination, and clear communication with providers and staff.

The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, with standard office hours. Candidates should have customer service experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with common computer software.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service, healthcare, scheduling or patient-facing experience.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication.
  • Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations.
  • Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.
  • Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned.

Dental Receptionist - Greater Endodontics

We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dedicated team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a vital role in delivering an excellent patient experience and supporting the smooth operation of our dental practice.

We are a collaborative Endodontic and Periodontic practice dedicated to providing exceptional, specialized care in a welcoming and patient-focused environment. Our talented team works together to deliver outstanding clinical care while creating a positive experience for every patient and referring doctor.

Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Responsibilities
  • Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment

The salary range for this role is $17-$26 per hour.
