Job summary

Diamond Braces is seeking a friendly Dental Receptionist to be the first face patients see and guide them from consultation through treatment acceptance. No dental experience is required as we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

You will build relationships, present treatment options and financial solutions, schedule appointments, and collaborate with clinicians to deliver an exceptional patient experience in a fast-paced office.

About The Role

This is much more than a traditional front desk position.

As a Dental Receptionist, you'll be the first face patients see and one of the most important people in their orthodontic journey. You'll help guide patients through consultations, answer questions, explain treatment options and financial solutions, and create an outstanding experience from their first visit through treatment acceptance.
