You’ll welcome patients, guide consultations, present pricing with clarity, and collaborate with clinicians to deliver an outstanding experience while driving revenue in a fast-paced, team-oriented practice.

What This Role Really Is

This is a high-energy, sales-driven role with operational responsibilities— not a traditional front desk position.

Skills

You’ll be the first impression and the closer, guiding patients through their consultation while keeping the office vibe vibrant and smooth. You’ll use your personality, confidence, and natural communication skills to:

• Build Trust Instantly: Read the room, connect with diverse personalities, and practice active listening to understand exactly what the patient needs.
• Navigate Objections with Grace: Use your emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills to turn hesitation into enthusiasm.
