Are you a detail-oriented professional who loves people as much as you love organization? Our fast-paced, 6-doctor endodontic practice is looking for an additional Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing office. You’ll work alongside an experienced team to ensure our patients receive a seamless experience from the moment they call the office to the moment they leave the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Case Presentation:Clearly explain treatment plans and procedures to patients.
• Financial Coordination:Navigate insurance benefits and provide cost estimates.
• Treatment Scheduling:Manage a high-volume schedule efficiently.
• Manage Pending Treatment:Follow up with patients that have unscheduled treatment.

Experience: Required

Employment: Full-time

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM, one 'late day' weekly until 6:00PM

Salary: $25 - $31 hourly

Benefits: Monthy bonuses
