Job summary

Aria Care Partners is seeking a Provider Support Specialist to assist dentists by providing ongoing feedback, onboarding assistance, and coordinating training. This role collaborates with the CMO, Regional Dentist Liaison, and Clinical Care Coordinators to meet patient-focused care goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years’ experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Dental office management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular check-ins with dentists and offer feedback and support.
• Coordinate training for new and existing dentists with the Dental Systems Trainer.
• Collaborate with operations for onboarding new dentists.
• Work with Clinical Care Coordinators to maintain staffing levels.
• Ensure timesheets and expenses are approved per guidelines and be accessible for questions.
