Aria Care Partners is seeking an Equipment Coordinator to support field dental teams by ensuring available, well-maintained equipment and supplies for residents. The role emphasizes inventory, setup for new hires, and efficient shipping coordination.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment issues with field staff, maintaining organization of stock, and ensuring timely deliveries. A High School Diploma is required; an Associate's degree is preferred and 3+ years of dental assisting

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• 3+ years dental assisting experience preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational skills and supply/equipment coordination.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage mobile dental equipment and know its operation.
• Organize and inventory equipment; use FreshService.
• Process equipment returns, confirm working condition and notify manager.
• Maintain dental equipment in office and upon return.
• Set up new hire equipment per guidelines.
• Prepare shipments with labels and UPS pickup readiness.
• Assess stock and order supplies/equipment as needed.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues with field teams; arrange repairs.
• Coordinate incoming/outgoing package deliveries without vendors.
• Perform other duties as needed.
