Job summary

Aria Care Partners is seeking a Field Team Manager in Overland Park, KS to support clinical field teams and drive performance through ongoing coaching and training. The role collaborates with Clinical Care Coordinators to ensure patient-focused care across communities.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of experience, management background, and dental office leadership experience. This is a full-time position with potential for hybrid work after onboarding.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2–3 years’ experience preferred.
  • Management experience preferred.
  • Dental office management preferred.
  • Ability to lift 15–20 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead ongoing performance management for all direct reports.
  • Conduct and document disciplinary actions as needed, up to and including terminations.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s with field team members and provide consistent feedback.
  • Collaborate with the Dental Support Specialist to ensure timesheets and expenses are approved according to company guidelines.
  • Partner with Clinical Care Coordinators to ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained.
  • Coordinate ongoing training for existing field team members with the Dental Systems Trainer.
  • Interview and participate in the hiring process for new field team members.
  • Remain accessible to field team members throughout the day to support operations and resolve issues.
  • Perform other duties as necessary to support team success.

The Position

The Field Team Manager is responsible for supporting clinical field team members to ensure they meet the expectations of their roles through ongoing performance management, consistent feedback, and training (both initial and ongoing) within their assigned market. This role partners closely with Clinical Care Coordinators to ensure customer needs are met through efficient, patient-focused care.

Physical Efforts & Working Conditions

Work is performed in a normal office setting in our Overland Park, KS headquarters with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards. Substantial time is spent working on a computer. Position reports to the office for first six-months then qualifies to moves to hybrid with successful completion of training and satisfactory performance.

This is a full-time position working standard business hours Monday – Friday, although project support may require temporary adjustments to those hours only as needed.
