Job description

AriaCare Partners provides onsite oral, vision and hearing services to residents in long‑term care facilities across the country. We support individuals coming from all walks of life and aim to enrich the quality of life for every resident with passion and compassion. We are seeking a Dental Support Specialist (Dental Assistant – Office Administration) to support clinical field team members by ensuring administrative duties are cross‑referenced and completed by the assigned deadline.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Ensure timecards are updated and approved
  • Approve expenses according to company guidelines
  • Complete dental chart reviews including EMR checklist, coding, and notes
  • Conduct EMR reporting reviews to provide details to the field team manager
  • Perform other duties as necessary
Education & Training Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2‑3 years' experience preferred
  • Dental office experience required
