The Clinician Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates through physician databases, websites, job boards, cold calling, and building relationships with residency programs. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
While this is a remote position, preference will be given to candidates in the Atlanta, GA area.
