Job summary

Jobvite, Inc. Memphis is seeking a proven leader to oversee dental production operations, mentor technicians, and drive continuous improvement. This role emphasizes team development, quality, and operational performance with relocation support possible for candidates outside the Memphis area.

The candidate will coach staff, manage production flow, ensure safety and policy adherence, and coordinate with HR on employee relations while driving efficiency and quality across the division.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven (7) years of experience in dental industry as a dental technician or Certified Dental Technician.
• Minimum five (5) years of supervisor or team leadership experience.
• Formal education in related area specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors staff in problem solving, decision making, and process improvement.
• Manages production flow and ensures production turnaround times are met.
• Acts as liaison between division and other departments on policy changes and safety compliance.
• Ensures adherence to standardized work policies and safety regulations across the floor.
• Identifies opportunities for continuous workflow improvements and cost optimization.
• Provides feedback to management on problems and concerns in a timely manner.
• Guides technicians with cases using extensive technical knowledge.
• Performs employee relations activities in coordination with HR.
