Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading Production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience developing frontline leaders and building high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated experience leading operational transformation initiatives.
• Practical Lean Manufacturing implementation experience.
• Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead make-to-order manufacturing operations with strong shopfloor leadership.
• Develop shift leaders, supervisors, and frontline leaders through coaching, mentoring, and capability-building initiatives.
• Create an engaging, inclusive, and performance-oriented work environment focused on ownership and continuous learning.
• Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor and drive real-time problem solving while reinforcing safety and quality standards.
• Build a sustainable leadership pipeline within the Production organization.
• Lead complex operational problem solving through root-cause analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
