Job summary

Pacific Peak Dental Implants & Oral Surgery in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is seeking an experienced Office Manager/Practice Manager to lead the new practice's operations from day one. You will oversee administration, front desk, and clinical workflows, partnering with the surgeon to drive efficiency and patient-centered care.

The role requires 5+ years in healthcare practice management, strong team leadership, and a track record of building systems, coaching staff, and maintaining regulatory

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in healthcare, dental, or medical practice management.
• Experience leading administrative and/or clinical teams.
• Strong front office operations knowledge and patient flow understanding.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Dental or oral surgery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational leader for the practice, partnering closely with the surgeon on day-to-day management and long-term planning.
• Oversee all aspects of practice operations, including patient experience, team performance, workflows, and operational efficiency.
• Establish goals, track performance, and implement improvements to support growth and sustainability.
• Hire, onboard, train, schedule, and manage front office and clinical staff; provide coaching and performance management.
• Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative team culture focused on patient-centered care.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels to support patient volume and clinical flow.
