Gentle Dental Indio is seeking a dedicated Business Manager to ensure smooth office operations from open to close. You will oversee the non-clinical team, coordinate with HR and maintain financials, payroll, and reporting to support clinic performance and patient care.

Qualifications

• Dental or healthcare management experience preferred but not required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literacy; familiarity with QSI/Denticon is a plus

Responsibilities

• Supervise the office team, oversee hiring, training, and timesheets.
• Review production and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Manage bookkeeping, invoicing, payroll prep, and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate daily office operations and staff scheduling with providers.
• Collect payments and manage outstanding balances per policy.
• Review reports to ensure monthly budget targets are met.
• Serve as back-up for front desk; handle calls and patient questions.
• Ensure compliance with state dental laws and safety regulations.
• Maintain data reporting through office software systems.
