Smile Brands is seeking a Dental Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy dental practice, delivering an exceptional patient experience while supporting the doctor, clinical team and staff.

You will coach and develop the office team, optimize scheduling, monitor production and collections, manage expenses, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year managing a dental office.
• Experience leading, coaching or developing a team.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and the day-to-day operations of a dental practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient-first mindset and commitment to an exceptional experience.
• Ability to prioritize, problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the dental practice.
• Partner with dentist and clinical team to support goals and growth.
• Lead, coach and develop the office team.

• Monitor production, collections and accounts receivable and identify improvements.
• Manage office expenses, supplies and resources.
• Support recruiting, onboarding and retention of team members.
• Create welcoming environment for patients and address concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Monitor equipment and facility needs and coordinate maintenance.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient and team experience and turn ideas into action.
