Penn Premier Dental in Exton is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations to lead the office by aligning clinical and administrative teams with the practice’s strategic goals.

You will guide business operations, oversee scheduling, and support doctor-led initiatives to improve patient care and practice performance. Strong leadership, communication, and process improvement skills are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree or 3 - 5 years’ leadership experience (in a professional office, hospitality, retail, banking, medical, etc.).
• Experience working in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete PMO training to develop leadership skills.
• Align Doctor goals with team through regular meetings and huddles.
• Partner with Doctors to identify and develop quarterly and annual financial goals.
• Onboard new team members through partnerships with recruiting and support office.
