Job summary

Santa Monica Bay Dental is seeking a Dental Practice Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations, elevate patient care, and drive practice growth in Santa Monica. You will supervise front desk, RCM, and team development, partner with the owner and regional support, and implement growth strategies to increase access, retention, and revenue.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in dental office management or similar healthcare leadership.
• Ability to lead a multidisciplinary team and drive growth.
• Proven track record optimizing revenue cycle activities.
