• Supervises all treatment support systems and patient flow sequencing.
• Performs Front Desk Supervisor and Receptionist duties as required.
• Monitors time clocks, payments, petty cash, and bank deposits; maintains controls.
• Coordinates staff meetings, scheduling, and HR-related activities; communicates policies.
