Job summary

Benevis is seeking a Practice Manager to lead operations for general dentistry, orthodontics, and expanded services. You will oversee daily office functions, train staff, manage doctor relationships, and partner with the Director of Operations to drive operational excellence.

The role requires strong insurance billing knowledge, financial acumen, and the ability to optimize scheduling, show rates, and patient satisfaction. This is a hands-on, leadership-heavy position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years dental office experience.
• 1 year dental office management preferred.
• High school or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day office operations and staff.
• Manage scheduling and show rate expectations.
• Maintain office readiness, appearance, and presentation.
• Achieve performance, financial, and P&L goals.
• Use PowerBI and financial analytics for decisions.
• Staffing: interview and hire to align with patient schedules.
• Foster team satisfaction and retention through communication.
• Identify training needs and support staff development.
• Provide concierge style support to doctors and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Track collections and follow up with patients.
• Solicit referrals and monitor patient satisfaction.
