Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of dental office experience

• Oversee daily office operations and manage all staff members
• Meet office performance, financial, and patient satisfaction metrics
• Use PowerBI and financial analytics to support business decisions
• Foster team member satisfaction and retention through effective communication and teamwork
• Provide concierge-style support to specialty doctors and contractors
• Uphold high standards of integrity and regulatory compliance
• Track and follow up on patient collections and referrals
• Explain insurance coverage and financing options to patients
• Drive local marketing efforts to promote the practice
