Job summary

Benevis is seeking a Lead Dental Assistant to serve as the Clinical Team Leader at the office level, supporting the office manager and doctors in daily operations and clinical care.

You will supervise staff, ensure quality patient care, assist with recruitment and onboarding of new dental assistants, and uphold regulatory standards while delivering excellent service in a compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a dental assistant.
• Demonstrated supervisory ability.
• SC X-ray certification, Nitrous Oxide certification, CPR-BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the office delivers quality and compassionate care to every patient.
• Assist professional dental staff with treatment regularly.
• Assist the Office Manager in optimizing office efficiency and scheduling.
• Provide excellent customer service and manage patient flow.
• Recruiting, hiring, and training of new dental assistants.
• Uphold integrity by following regulations and standards.
• Educate parents on processes and postoperative instructions.
• Ensure clinical readiness and equipment maintenance.
• Order supplies and manage inventory.
• Uphold compliance with policies.
