Dental Care Alliance is seeking a Dental Practice Supervisor at our Fairfax, VA location. The role focuses on leading the dental team, overseeing daily operations, and delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

The successful candidate will supervise coordinators, assistants, hygienists, and treatment coordinators, while coordinating scheduling, billing, and front-office activities to optimize patient experience and office profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a dental office and familiarity with dental workflows.
• Experience in insurance processes and billing and claim submission.
• Proven leadership and ability to supervise clinical and administrative staff.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication with team and patients, ensuring confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure office efficiency, compliance, and high quality patient care.
• Supervise and support patient coordinators, dental assistants, hygienists, and treatment coordinators to maintain smooth workflows.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and front-office operations for productivity and patient experience.
• Support dentists and staff with treatment planning, billing, and insurance processes while ensuring accurate financial transactions.
• Monitor office finances, including expenses, invoicing, collections, and receivables to maintain profitability.
• Maintain office inventory by overseeing supplies, equipment, and facility cleanliness for a professional environment.
• Lead hiring, training, and staff development while addressing patient and employee concerns professionally.
