You will lead daily huddles, drive improvements, maintain compliance, and collaborate with clinicians and office teams to foster a culture of service excellence and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred dentistry, insurance or business coursework or training.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent patient communication and service mindset.
• Understanding of operational processes and PPE standards.
• Ability to balance finances with client service goals.

Responsibilities

• Models culture, values and best practices at the location.
• Acts as manager in Operations Manager's absence.
• Plans and assigns staff duties and schedules.
• Develops patient communication and learning across the team.
• Leads daily huddles and regular meetings.
• Drives revenue growth and profit performance.
• Ensures cash handling and accounting protocol adherence.
• Maintains facility cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
