Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure high patient care standards.
- Supervise patient coordinators, assistants, hygienists, and coordinators.
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and front-office operations.
- Support dentists with treatment planning, billing, and insurance.
- Monitor finances: expenses, invoices, collections, receivables.
- Maintain office inventory and facilities.
- Lead hiring, training, and staff development.
