Family Dental Health is seeking an outgoing Practice Manager to lead daily operations at our North Charleston location. You will collaborate with the doctor and staff to ensure efficient practice performance, patient satisfaction, and adherence to policies.

Strong leadership and communication are essential to guide a busy team and maintain high service standards. Responsibilities include scheduling, budgeting, reporting, and coordinating with training and support teams.

Qualifications

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Friendly, positive demeanor with patients and staff.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills; ability to learn new programs.
• Must be available to work extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between doctor(s) and staff to ensure smooth operation of the practice.
• Communicate the practice philosophy through systems and problem solving.
• Manage staff schedules, track office statistics, and analyze reports.
• Monitor expenses and budgets; coordinate with upper management on variances.
• Oversee patient experience and ensure high-quality service.
