Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required).
• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration or related field (Preferred).
• 3 plus years of leadership experience (Required).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental practice, using discretion in setting team member schedules to maximize patient satisfaction and operational metrics.
• Implement practice-based marketing plans to attract new patients and maintain ongoing relationships through outstanding patient care.
• In concert with HR, hire all positions except doctors; responsible for termination of all positions except doctors.
• Analyze, develop, and implement strategic and operational planning in coordination with Regional Leadership; interpret and manage policies and procedures.
• Commit to continuous quality improvement and encourage subordinates to pursue growth opportunities.

Education
