Kentuckiana Smile Partners is seeking a Dental Assistant Practice Manager in Saginaw, MI to oversee daily front and back office operations and lead a dedicated dental team. You will present treatment plans, manage finances, and ensure compliance while driving patient satisfaction.

The role emphasizes leadership, organization, and problem-solving to improve workflow and practice performance in a well-established family dental office.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of dental office experience (management experience preferred).
• Experience with Open Dental is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable managing both people and daily operations.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to solve problems and make decisions confidently.
• Business or healthcare management education is preferred but not required.
• Available to work Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front and back office operations.
• Lead, coach, and support the team to achieve practice goals.
• Present treatment plans and discuss financial options with patients.
• Manage accounts receivable and insurance claims.
• Monitor schedules to maximize efficiency and production.
• Ensure OSHA and office compliance standards are maintained.
• Lead team meetings, daily huddles, and staff development.
• Track unscheduled treatment and help improve patient retention.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and office performance.
