Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling, staffing, and front-office operations to optimize productivity and patient experience.
• Support dentists and staff with treatment planning, billing, and insurance processes while ensuring accurate financial transactions.
• Monitor office finances, including expense management, invoices, collections, and receivables, to maintain profitability.
• Maintain office inventory by overseeing supplies, equipment, and facility cleanliness.
• Lead hiring, training, and staff development while addressing patient and employee concerns professionally.
