In this role you’ll analyze financials with PowerBI, support growth initiatives, and maintain relationships with doctors while ensuring compliance and high patient satisfaction. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of dental office experience.
• 1 year of dental office management preferred.
• High school or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations and manage all staff members.
• Ensure high-quality dental care and patient experience across services.
• Manage scheduling, show rate, and office performance metrics.
• Use PowerBI and financial analytics to support decisions.
• Staff recruitment and retention.
• Coordinate with doctors and Expanded Services/Orthodontics programs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and financial performance.
• Track collections and follow up with patients.
• Drive local marketing and community involvement.
