Qualifications

• Proficiency with dental practice management software and general computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily practice operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and exceptional patient care.
• Lead, mentor, and support team members while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Manage employee scheduling, attendance, and overall team performance.
• Monitor practice performance, including production, collections, scheduling efficiency, and financial goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase patient retention, treatment acceptance, and practice profitability.
• Oversee patient scheduling, insurance verification, billing, and collections processes.
• Address patient concerns professionally and ensure a positive patient experience.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and applicable dental industry regulations.
• Collaborate with dentists and leadership to establish and achieve practice goals.
