Job summary

Willamette Dental Group in Jefferson Clinic (SW Portland) seeks a Practice Manager to oversee all office operations and staff, ensuring exceptional patient service and efficient profitability. You will drive engagement, financial discipline, and policy adherence while maintaining a safe, compliant clinic environment.

Expected salary range is $88,000 to $107,000. Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in healthcare management are preferred, with a Master’s in business/healthcare desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred but not required, and a minimum of two years’ experience in management.
• Healthcare management experience is desirable.
• Demonstrated leadership with stretch-goal performance.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of office staff including loyalty, engagement, finances, marketing, staffing, facilities, and compliance.
• Monitor key performance areas (budget, staffing, schedules, referrals, productivity) and adjust as needed.
• Ensure policies are followed and core values reflected in daily operations.
• Provide a positive patient experience and ensure access standards are met.
• Forecast staffing needs and coach staff through performance reviews and meetings.
• Partner with marketing to promote Willamette Dental to clients and brokers.
