Qualifications

• Minimum of two years management experience including P&L oversight.
• Knowledge of dental insurance and benefits.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Manage business operations to exceed goals including scheduling and revenue optimization.
• Partner with Dentists to lead the team and support development.
• Ensure proper practice operation support across departments.
• Provide superior service for an exceptional patient experience.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and timely.
