Base pay range

We are seeking an experienced dental professional to join our well-established and thriving dental practice in NYC. The ideal candidate is positive, patient-focused, and ready to advance their career. Key responsibilities include:

1. Supporting daily clinical and non-clinical operations, enforcing policies, and overseeing quality dental care
2. Managing Accounts Receivable and ensuring a healthy financial status
3. Communicating treatment plans and financial policies to patients
4. Processing insurance claims
5. Streamlining operations to increase productivity and efficiency
6. Maintaining OSHA safety and hygiene regulations
7. Leading staff meetings, trainings, and huddles
8. Auditing schedules and managing appointment blocks for optimal productivity
9. Following up on unscheduled treatment reports
10. Motivating the team to meet production goals
11. Conducting staff evaluations and meetings
12. Performing other duties as assigned

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in all facets of a dental office; Dentrix software experience preferred
• Degree in business, healthcare management, or related field preferred but not required
• Flexibility to work between 7:30 am and 6:30 pm, Monday through Friday
• Excellent communication skills, patient and team-oriented
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make independent decisions
• Strong desire to exceed goals and maximize opportunities
• Professionalism in building relationships with patients and staff
