Cobalt Search Ltd. is seeking a Practice Manager to serve as the operational heartbeat of a premier dental practice in West LA, CA, coordinating day-to-day leadership and a multidisciplinary team focused on delivering an exceptional patient experience.

You will work directly with the owner, leading clinicians, hygienists, dental assistants, and front-office staff to elevate performance, implement efficient systems, and improve patient flow while maintaining the highest standards of service.

As Practice Manager you'll be responsible for

• Leading all day to day operations of the practice and ensuring an exceptional patient experience
• Coaching, developing, and inspiring a high performing team
• Driving accountability, performance, and continuous improvement throughout the practice
• Monitoring key performance indicators
• Optimising systems, workflows, communication, and patient flow to maximise efficiency and service quality.

You'll need

• Previous experience as a Practice Manager, Practice Director, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role within a dental practice
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams including hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff
• A proven track record of improving operational performance, patient experience, and team engagement
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand business performance metrics
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship building skills
• A passion for excellence and a genuine desire to create world class patient experiences

West LA, California - full time, on site position.
