You will lead a multidisciplinary team, drive efficiency, and elevate the patient experience to a luxury service standard. Location West LA, California; full-time on-site; competitive salary $125,000 to $150,000 with benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Practice Manager, Practice Director, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role within a dental practice
• Clear experience and understanding of a dental front office
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
• A proven track record of improving operational performance, patient experience, and team engagement
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand business performance metrics
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship building skills
• A passion for excellence and a genuine desire to create world class patient experiences

• Leading all day to day operations of the practice and ensuring an exceptional patient experience
• Coaching, developing, and inspiring a high performing team across clinical support and administrative functions
• Driving accountability, performance, and continuous improvement throughout the practice
