Areo Dental Group is seeking a hands-on Practice Leader to oversee daily operations across multiple practices. You will drive financial performance while delivering an outstanding patient experience and fostering a high-energy, growth-focused team culture.

You will recruit and develop leaders, streamline care delivery, present treatment options and financial plans, and partner with executive leadership to expand practice reach.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership background with experience guiding teams.
• Proven ability to drive performance and accountability.
• Comfort presenting treatment plans and financial options.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
