Job summary

Areo Dental Group is seeking a hands-on Practice Leader in Crystal Lake, IL to oversee all aspects of daily operations, drive financial performance, and deliver an exceptional patient experience. You will lead a high-performing team, collaborate with leadership, and recruit and mentor talent to support growth.

You will guide treatment presentations, financial planning for patients, and ensure a red-carpet patient experience that helps build the practice’s reputation and 5-star reviews.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leader with strong background in customer service, sales and leadership roles.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals and maintaining high-energy leadership.
• Experience presenting treatment plans and financial arrangements; PPO/Fee-for-service a plus.
• Ability to coach, counsel, and redirect teams to meet outcomes and improve performance.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in practice operations.
• Hold yourself and your team accountable to achieving goals and operational excellence.
• Persuasive communicator with a professional, empathetic demeanor.
