Job summary

Advanced Laser & Cosmetic Dentistry in Crystal Lake, IL is seeking a full-time Practice Lead to oversee daily operations, monitor production and collection goals, and support both front desk and clinical teams. This on-site leadership role focuses on patient experience and office financial health.

The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and professional, able to supervise staff, lead meetings, and coordinate scheduling, payroll, and performance reviews in partnership with the Area

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a front desk/administrative role in a dental office.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes.
• Proficient in dental office software and general office applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and performance of the practice.
• Maintain visibility into staff roles, responsibilities, and task completion.
• Lead daily morning huddles and ensure schedules, metrics, and priorities.
• Schedule and lead monthly staff meetings with the Area Manager.
• Partner with Area Manager to conduct staff performance reviews.
• Train and onboard new team members.
