Shared Practices Group is seeking a Practice Operations Manager to lead daily performance, coach the team to hit revenue goals, and own the patient journey from first call to final outcome. You will balance sales strategy with operational leadership, driving monthly collections while maintaining service excellence.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a leadership or sales-focused role.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and coach performance.

Responsibilities

• Own daily revenue targets and monitor collections and KPIs.
• Lead and coach the dental team to achieve production goals.
• Oversee day-to-day office operations for efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Coordinate staffing and performance reviews to ensure accountability.
• Manage patient experience from first contact to post-treatment.
• Oversee accounts receivable/payable and monthly closings.
