Shared Practices Group in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Practice Operations Manager to lead a dental office as a small business owner. You’ll drive daily performance, coach the team toward revenue goals, and own the patient experience from first call to final outcome.

You’ll combine sales strategy with operations leadership, oversee payroll and KPIs, supervise staff, manage patient flow, and support growth initiatives while maintaining compliance and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership or sales-focused role.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and coach performance.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own daily pacing and drive revenue growth through coaching.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure patient satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and coach staff; schedule coverage.
• Manage patient experience from consultation to post-treatment.
• Oversee collections, P&L, and financial closings.
