Job summary

Marietta Dentist seeks a Practice Operations & Marketing Manager to own daily operations and the marketing engine that fills the schedule. This growth role reports directly to the owner and operates with real budget authority in a fee-for-service setting, at our new facility near Marietta Square.

You’ll lead front-office and clinical-support teams, optimize production and collections, and drive local SEO, reviews, paid search, and social campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years running operations in a dental, medical, or multi-unit service business.
• Fluent in practice metrics: production, collections, case acceptance, AR.
• Hands-on digital marketing experience with measurable results (ads, reviews, social).
• Comfortable on camera and able to build a playbook.
• Experience with Open Dental is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production, scheduling, and revenue cycle activities.
• Lead front-office and clinical-support teams, with hiring and onboarding.
• Document and optimize systems and SOPs for repeatable results.
• Drive growth via Google Business Profile, SEO, paid search, and social campaigns.
• Manage vendors, supplies, and the move to the new facility.
