Specialized Dental Partners is seeking a friendly Dental Patient Relations Coordinator to join our endodontic practice. You will be the first point of contact, welcoming patients and supporting daily operations across three locations.

This is a full-time role with travel between offices, ensuring a smooth patient experience and accurate data management. Key tasks include scheduling, billing, insurance verification, and HIPAA compliance, all while maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing and able to travel between our three locations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations.
• Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry.
• Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.
